आवश्यक सूचना: TDC PART -III ADMISSION, 2024 (2022-2025) के नामांकन फॉर्म भरने की अंतिम तिथि
30.12.2024(15:00 PM) हैं।

I. GUIDELINES TO FILL UP THE ONLINE ADMISSION/EXAMINATION FORM (PART III)

Following is required to fill up the online Admission/Examination form:

1. Email id

2. Mobile Number

3. Scanned Photograph in JPG format under 100 KB

4. Scanned Signature in JPG format under 100 KB

5. Scanned Aadhar Card under 200 KB

6. Scanned Part-I Mark Sheet under 200 KB

7. Scanned Part-I Admit Card under 200 KB

8. Scanned Part-II Mark Sheet under 200 KB

9. Scanned Part-II Admit Card under 200 KB

10. Scanned Registration Slip under 200 KB

11. Scanned Caste Certificate (if applicable) in JPG format under 200 KB


II. ONLINE PROCESS FOR ADMISSION/EXAMINATION FOR PART-III(2022-2025)

The online admission process will have following 9 (Nine) steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of DRSKSW College, Motihari www.drskswcollege.com

Step 2: Please click on "Student Login" button given on the home page.

Step 3: When you click the “Forgot Password” link then you will be able to retrieve your
UserID and Password on your registered mobile number.

Step 4: On successful submission of information for new sign up, you will receive sms for your
“User id” and “Password”.

Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.

Step 6: Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all
required documents.

Step 7: Download Filled Admission Form.

Step 8: Please take print your filled Admission/Examination form alongwith required documents and payment slip and submit when date will announce for form submisstion at college office counter before due date.


III. Fee Details for Online UG Admission/Examination Process (Part III-2022-2025)

Note:- नामांकन फॉर्म भरने के बाद भरे हुए फॉर्म का प्रिंट आउट (हार्ड कॉपी) वेरीफाई (जाँच) करा कर
महाविद्यालय काउंटर पर अनिवार्य रूप से जमा करे अन्यथा उनका नामांकन फॉर्म रद्द कर दिया जायेगा।
नामांकन फॉर्म भरने एवं जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि बिना विलम्ब शुल्क के 30.12.2024 (15:00 PM ) तक है। किसी प्रकार की असुविधा होने पर काउंटर पर संपर्क करें।
