आवश्यक सूचना: P.G. SEMESTER-III ADMISSION & EXAMINATION, 2024(2023-2025) के नामांकन एवं परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने की अंतिम तिथि विलंब शुल्क (200/-) के साथ
08.04.2025(12:00PM) हैं।

I. GUIDELINES TO FILL UP THE ONLINE ADMISSION & EXAMINATION FORM
(SEM-III/2023-2025)

Following is required to fill up the online Examination form:

1. Email id

2. Mobile Number

3. Scanned photograph in JPG format under 100 KB

4. Scanned signature in JPG format under 100 KB

5. Scanned copy of Aadhar Card under 150 KB

6. Scanned copy of Apaar Card under 150 KB

7. Scanned Semester-II Admit Card under 150 KB

8. Scanned Semester-II Admission Slip under 150 KB

9. Scanned Semester-II Mark Sheet under 150 KB

10. Scanned Semester-III Provisional Exam Form under 150 KB

11. Scanned Caste Certificate (if applicable) in JPG format under 150 KB


II. ONLINE PROCESS FOR ADMISSION & EXAMINATION FOR SEMESTER-III(2023-2025)

The online admission process will have following 9 (Nine) steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of Dr. S.K.S. Women's College, Motihari i.e www.drskswcollege.com

Step 2: Please click on "Student Login" button given on the home page.

Step 3: When you click the “Forgot Password” link then you will be able to retrieve your
UserID and Password on your registered mobile number.

Step 4: On successful submission of information for new sign up, you will receive sms for your
“User id” and “Password”.

Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.

Step 6: Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all
required documents.

Step 7: Download Filled Admission Form.

Step 8: Submit your documents with payment slip at office counter for document verification.


III. Fee Details for Online PG Admission & Examination Process (SEM-III/2023-2025)

Note:- परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने के बाद भरे हुए फॉर्म का प्रिंट आउट वेरीफाई (जाँच) करा कर महाविद्यालय
काउंटर पर अनिवार्य रूप से जमा करे अन्यथा उनका परीक्षा फॉर्म रद्द कर दिया जायेगा।
परीक्षा फॉर्म भरनेे एवं जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि- 08-04-2025(12:00PM) हैं। किसी प्रकार की असुविधा होने पर P.G. काउंटर पर संपर्क करें।
